It is now several years since the popular second edition of this book was published. Radiography courses have now moved to degree level and the third edition brings the text right up to date for today's radiography student. It is still a clear and simple introduction to osteology and arthrology for diagnostic radiographers, and all who need a good basic understanding of the skeletal system. This new edition has been improved in content, layout, and relevance to today's degree level students. Layout has been improved, including the 'boxing' of pathology and trauma material to make it easier to pick out. A breakdown of chapter headings is now given at the start of each chapter to aid study and revision, and a glossary has been added.
