Dr. Susan Adler performs Neuropsychological Evaluations as well as Psychoeducational Evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults. Because of her history of working in schools, she understands and deals with all difficulties of childhood and adolescence as well as seeing children, adolescents, and adults in individual psychotherapy for an array of issues.
Dr. Adler has been trained in both Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and she finds the combination of both approaches uniquely helpful. She helps children, adolescents, and adults to gain control over their lives and thus be more productive.
She has also been trained in School Neuropsychology and has worked in the schools for many years as a School Psychologist thus understands all aspects of CSE, 504, RTI, accommodations, and other school related issues such as bullying. She tests for updates and accommodations for SATs and ACTs as well as LSATs, MCATs, GREs, etc.
