Pontormo Rosso Fiorentino

Pontormo and Rosso were born in Florence in 1494, barely 3 months apart. Both artists were pupils of Andrea del Sarto, and their careers often run parallel, punctuated by matching dates, which mark a series of professional achievements, and links with patrons.
