Poetry of Survival (PIP)

This anthology, beginning with Brecht and ending with the Romanian poet Marin Sorescu, provides a translation of poems from Eastern Europe from between 1939 and 1970. The book includes poets like Zbigniew Herbert, Vasko Popa, Tadeusz Rozewicz and Miroslav Holub.
