Yoshida, a salaryman, picks up a runaway high school girl named Sayu on his way back home from a night of drinking after being rejected by his boss and long-time crush, Airi. When Sayu became accustomed to her new place after moments of uncertainty, she cut out a request to Yoshida to let her do a part-time job. Yoshida was happy to hear Sayu's request and agreed. Then, Sayu met her new colleague and friend, a gal named Asami. Meanwhile, Airi, who recently rejected Yoshida, invited him for dinner out of the blue. And a former 'acquaintance' of Sayu appears before her.
