He is a regular speaker at international corporate governance conferences and is a leading figure in the area of director professional development Kerrie Waring is the IoD International Professional Development Manager responsible for building and promoting the IoD?s work in director and board effectiveness via publications, training programmes and lectures. A Japanese speaker, Kerrie manages the IoD / Japanese Management Association Programme in Tokyo, with around 450 directors undertaking training.
