CVD Diamond for Electronic Devices and Sensors

The book will be composed of six sections: introduction, radiation sensors, active electronic devices, biosensors, MEMs and electrochemistry. The introduction will present the properties of diamond, defects, impurities and doping as well as the growth of CVD diamond. Subsequent chapters will include updates of the recent advances in diamond applications such as for electronic devices, illustrating the diverse area of applications, in which diamond could have an impact.
