Dr. Konstantinos Adamantopoulos is the senior partner of KA-Legal.
Konstantinos' practice focuses on EU antitrust, State aids, international trade, export controls and sanctions and WTO law. He has extensive experience in proceedings before the European Institutions, notably in cartel, State aids and trade defence cases; export controls and sanctions; customs; and WTO dispute settlement. He regularly represents parties before the EU Courts.
Konstantinos is an attorney at law Member of the Athens Bar and the EU Lawyers Section of the Brussels Bar. He is also an associate member of the American Bar Association.
Konstantinos is the co-author of the leading book on EU anti-subsidy law and policy (EU Anti-Subsidy Law and Practice). He published several papers on EU antitrust and international trade law, as well as EU policies on aviation, shipping, telecoms and energy.
Konstantinos is regularly invited to speak at legal conferences on EU competition, trade and export control laws.
