Anna Kotzeva practices in the area of immigration and asylum law, as well as general common law. She has advised the Home Office Immigration and Nationality Department on large-scale asylum projects, new processes with regard to the implementation of the Human Rights Act 1998, and immigrationand asylum legislation. She has extensive experience in presenting asylum and human rights appeals on behalf of asylum seekers and on behalf of the Secretary of State. Anna's articles on asylum and human rights issues have been published in the Solicitors Journal and she is the author of the publiclaw section of Law Brief Update, an on-line newsletter.
