Staffing Organizations is based on a comprehensive staffing model that focuses on how to achieve a successful person/job and person/organization match. Components of the model include external influences (economic conditions, labor markets, unions, laws and regulations), staffing support systems (staffing strategy and planning, job analysis, measurement), major staffing activities, (recruitment, selection, employment), and staffing system management.
