Joint Use Libraries

The book examines joint use libraries and their implications for government policy, design, operational issues and evaluation. It considers all forms of joint use library (e.g. school-public, college-public, university-public, health-university), and examines different models adopted in real life institutions. There is discussion of partnership working, staffing and management, stock, digital resources, learning and literacy, and community involvement.
