Andy Gravell holds a senior academic post in the School of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton, U.K. He has been lecturing in computer science for over 20 years, and his current interests include agile methods of software development, e-business applications, and web technologies. David Parsons has lectured in both further and higher education, and is currently teaching and researching at the Institute of Information and Mathematical Sciences, Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand.
